Ze worden be\u00efnvloed door ingesleten patronen, niet-bevraagde aannames, informele hi\u00ebrarchie\u00ebn en subtiele dynamieken rond macht en \u2018erbij horen\u2019. Misschien is iedereen professioneel, maar wordt er niet echt eerlijk gesproken.
