Mijn achtergrond verbindt academische antropologie met strategische consultancy en interculturele praktijk. Daardoor beweeg ik moeiteloos tussen de diepte van menselijke dynamiek en de realiteit van besluitvorming op topniveau. <\/p>\n<p>Ik werk met leiderschapsteams in uiteenlopende sectoren en landen om te ontdekken wat gedrag, alignment en weerstand werkelijk aanstuurt \u2014 en om dat inzicht te vertalen naar gerichte actie.<\/p>\n<p>Of ik nu een CEO begeleid in een transitie, culturele patronen in een wereldwijde verandering blootleg, of een boardroomgesprek faciliteer in een spannend moment: mijn focus is steeds dezelfde.
