As a corporate anthropologist, I make visible what leadership teams themselves often can no longer see: who sets the rhythm of the conversation, where power actually resides, which narratives cannot be questioned, and which tensions remain unspoken.

How we work

Our work is precise, focused, and responsive to what is actually happening in the system. There are no standard programs and no endless workshops – only interventions that bring clarity where it matters most.

1. Boardroom Signal Session

The Boardroom Signal Session is the fastest way to see what is really happening beneath the surface. In a ninety-minute session, we identify the underlying patterns currently shaping the outcome and determine the next strategic move.

A short intake takes place beforehand. During the session, we conduct a live pattern analysis and identify the three forces currently dominating the dynamics. From there, we define three concrete next steps, summarized in a concise one-page document.

This session is designed for moments when a decision must be made, tension is rising, or conversations keep circling without progress.

2. Boardroom Dynamics Scan (2-3 weeks)

When the dynamics are structural rather than situational, the Boardroom Dynamics Scan provides deeper insight.

Over two to three weeks, I conduct interviews with board members and key stakeholders. The analysis maps patterns of power, loyalty, resistance, and dominant narratives within the system, including the main points of friction affecting decision-making.

The outcome is a clear board-level readout and a practical advisory document that can be applied immediately.

This approach is particularly valuable when alignment breaks down, energy drains from the system, or transformation efforts begin to stall.

3. Boardroom Intensive (3-6 months)

In situations where leadership must remain sharp under sustained pressure, Boardroom Intensive provides ongoing support over three to six months.

This includes monthly live sessions, decision support during sensitive moments, and targeted interventions when necessary. We also work on the board-level narrative and alignment in order to keep the leadership system afloat and coherent during periods of change such as: mergers, rapid growth, governance complexity, or leadership transitions.
