An intensive strategic session that reveals the real dynamics of an organization. Leaders gain clarity on key bottlenecks, tensions and opportunities and leave with clear first steps for the organization’s next phase.
1:1 Master Shift
An intensive engagement with entrepreneurs, executives and leaders who want to deepen their leadership and strengthen strategic decision-making. As leaders change their perspective and approach, the dynamics of the organization begin to shift as well.
The Master Field
A thirteen‑month immersive collaboration with the full leadership team of an organization. During this engagement we analyze the current system, take the strategic decisions needed to move beyond existing limits and build the structures and culture required to sustain the new reality.
Entry
The Master Field works with a limited number of leaders and organizations each year. Every collaboration begins with a conversation to determine whether there is strong alignment between the organization’s ambition and the work offered through The Master Field.
