Corporate Anthropology, Liminality and Patterns
See what others overlook.
Why do certain patterns persist even when everyone wants change? Why does an organization say one thing while everyday practice tells another story? Corporate anthropology helps reveal what happens beneath the surface.
We explore culture as something people create together every day — through conversations, habits, rituals, informal rules and decision-making. You will be introduced to an anthropological perspective: curious, observant and slow to judge.
We pay particular attention to liminality: the in-between phase when the old is no longer self-evident and the new has yet to take shape. These transitions make patterns visible and open possibilities for renewal.
